La funzione avr\u00e0 un duplice obiettivo:
\n– sviluppare, sul territorio italiano, il business legato ai\u00a0rinforzi strutturali<\/b>\u00a0e ai\u00a0materiali da ripristino<\/b>\u00a0rappresentati da malte, reti, resine epossidiche e\u00a0tessuti in<\/i>\u00a0fibre di carbonio<\/i>\u00a0creando networking con i principali interlocutori del mercato e coordinandosi con l\u2019area MKTG, sales ed i tecnici di cantiere;
\n– gestire la\u00a0formazione tecnica<\/b>\u00a0della rete vendita e dei promoter, ma anche degli esterni durante eventi dedicati.<\/p>\n
La risorsa sar\u00e0 preposta, nello specifico, a queste mansioni:
\n–\u00a0analizzare mercato e competitor<\/b>\u00a0ed attivarsi per\u00a0incrementare i volumi<\/b>\u00a0dei prodotti e delle soluzioni tecniche a catalogo in modo da ampliare le quote di mercato;
\n– identificare nuovi clienti ricercando e creando opportunit\u00e0 di\u00a0networking<\/b>\u00a0e sviluppare relazioni con clienti rafforzando le\u00a0partnership<\/b>\u00a0del settore;
\n– definire\u00a0strategie<\/b>\u00a0per migliorare le performance di vendita;
\n–\u00a0formare, affiancare forza vendita e promoter<\/b>\u00a0e presenziare ad eventi tecnici come referente;
\n– valutare e formulare\u00a0proposte di nuovi prodotti<\/b>\u00a0al MKTG, sulla base di esigenze specifiche richieste dal territorio;

La persona che stiamo cercando esperienza di 1\/3 anni nel ruolo (ma si valutano anche neolaureati) svolta in contesti strutturati e su linee di prodotti costituite da\u00a0rinforzi strutturali e materiali da ripristino<\/b>, ha un indispensabile background tecnico ed \u00e8 abituato ad esser molto\u00a0mobile sul territorio<\/b>\u00a0ed \u00e8 in possesso di questi requisiti:
\n– laurea in\u00a0ingegneria<\/b>\u00a0edile o civile;
\n– conoscenza di CRM.<\/p>\n
